A tailored one-to-one approach

A 12 week 1:1 coaching programme that is designed specifically to support women to develop effective strategies, which allows them to focus and flourish. Comprising a weekly one-hour meeting, which can be in person or via video call – arranged at a regular time to fit around your schedule, clients are guided through a tailored programme and supported with an additional resource library of podcasts, meditations and much more.
